It will be fun to make a new room for when he gets older though.. I am thinking pirates! I thought "All this work for nothing!" I didn't think he would ever sleep in his crib. He always had to be held at first. Eventually, we got him in there and now he gets good use out of it. We still co-sleep for naps though.. I think co-sleeping is great if it works good for you!Julia Andersonhttp://www.theeverydaymomma.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-546262278078450711.post-25864263502086075772014-02-12T21:43:17.071-08:002014-02-12T21:43:17.071-08:00I had a hard time picking the color scheme. I really wanted to do my own fabric and go with grey, teal, and orange, but I didn't have the patience to look through millions of choices; too overwhelming for this Type-A personality! <br />I can't believe I am officially a Californian! Now that she has a little sister, I wanted her them to be tangerine and white. Of course, why would I make it easy on myself? I'm definitely taking some of these ideas. He slept in there for about a month and then was always in our room. LOL. We might start using it to lay him down in there for naps and bedtime so he can start getting used to his own bed. I have a feeling I may be co-sleeping with my 2 babies once the new one gets here.Brittnei Washingtonnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-546262278078450711.post-8955260487324206262014-02-10T12:45:06.717-08:002014-02-10T12:45:06.717-08:00Dang girl! 4 times before 1 is so intense! Sorry I'm a little excited. I love that phrase, it's special. The whole room is beautiful though- I gravitate to blue/brown color schemes big time. I cant help it- it's such a relaxing mix! My husband is sick of it but he'll get over it.lolR.F. I have seen quotes all over Pinterest for nurseries, but I have never seen that one and it means so much to me from when I was little. I think as parents all we want for our kids is for them to know how much they are loved. You put them to bed and think 'how could I love him anymore" and then the morning comes and somehow you love them more :)Julia Andersonhttp://www.theeverydaymomma.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-546262278078450711.post-69696338794714258872014-02-09T22:14:40.336-08:002014-02-09T22:14:40.336-08:00I love the Raggedy Ann theme!
